Hiring in Germany?
Tell me about the role and I’ll come back with a view on the profile, the market and a realistic timeline. No obligation, and no CVs until we’ve agreed what good looks like.
Who I work with
Software and tech companies building or growing a commercial team in Germany. That includes first hires for companies entering the market, replacement hires in an established team, and senior sales leadership. I cover sales, partnerships, customer success and presales.
How it works
We start with a briefing call covering the role, the goals behind it and how your offer compares to the German market. Then I map the market and approach candidates directly rather than waiting for applications. You get weekly updates on feedback and market response, and every candidate has a full conversation with me before their profile reaches you.
What to include in your message
The role, the location or territory, the salary range, and when you need someone in the seat. If you’re not sure about any of those yet, that’s fine; it’s often what the first call is for.
